Revealing Athletes

Local photographer Heather Erson will reveal her intimate portraits of Jackson athletes, including three Cloudveil-sponsored badasses, tonight.
Cloudveil athletes representin’: The 2007 Freeskiing World Tour Champion, the newest communications manager for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and a new father and Realtor who has snowboarded on all seven summits.

What: “Revealed:” 32 black and white photographs of Jackson Hole skiers, snowboarders and mountaineers
When: 6 – 10 p.m. Friday (yep, that’s tonight)
Why: ‘Cause Annie Leibovitz’s local protegé is carving out her own path
Where: Lyndsay McCandless Contemporary
How Much: $5 suggested donation. Some of the proceeds will benefit Teton County Search and Rescue

From Heather: “With ‘Revealed’ I tried to combine art with athleticism and to show that each athlete has many facets to his or her personality.”
