that video is lame. how about showing all the traffic driving up into the canyon, and the long lift lines you would find on a powder day? not that vail doesn’t suck, but who doesn’t know that already? its ok though, as long as all the wasatch people think they are the coolest, the less they’ll visit all the really good spots.

I have put a lot of thought into this and after careful consideration… Wyoming Wins

Dudes?! What happened to my comment? I come back after a siiiick downhill to find my comment, and the previous comment, deleted. Who cares if they just so happened to poke fun at much of the material on here. What is this, China? As my partner stated after flashing War Zone at Vedawoo… weak sauce. If you feel the need to delete comments left by readers, you shouldn’t even be running a blog.

Colorado is out… Between Utah and Wyoming, if your mission is only to ski, it is hard to beat Little Cottonwood signature champagne powder. However, the whiskey that flows like the Salmon of Capistrano here in Cowboy Country is obsolete in SLC. I’ll take a cocktail with a side of record breaking snow and incredible terrain, please.

So much I could point out about this, including that Vail is the worst choice for CO skiing, the traffic and lines at Snowbird suck, etc, etc. But all I’ll say is…

At the end of the day, you’re in Salt Lake.

Please visit the great state of Utah where there are very few bars, little or no nighltife, and the resorts are packed full of mormons with 6 kids each..Dont go to Colorado because they are all sinners.

Enjoy sitting in a minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours worth of traffic from D.I.A. (thats if its a weekday and NO snow has fallen lately, if theres been snow or its a weekend make that 3-4 hours) When you finally mosey on up to the ticket window be prepared to shell out 90-100 bucks for a day pass (only 72 bucks for tram and chairs @ Snowbird). If “visiting the good spots” means paying more money, spending more time in the car, and skiing less snow….COUNT ME IN! Colorado here I come! On second thought fuck it, I’ll sleep in till 11, make a 15 min drive up LCC, and still beat you out to the slopes, where I will be skiing more snow.
